当店について / About Us

▶当店は、弓道公式競技の様式ではありません。椅子に座って行う和弓の射的、弓道の体験です。
▶当店で使用する道具は、全て弓道用の道具です。
▶道具は子ども/大人とも共通のモノです。元来、弓道は子ども用の道具というモノは存在しません。
▶弓道着/袴は子ども用/大人用があります。
▶子ども料金の設定はありません。
▶当店の手順に必ず従ってください。弓道未経験のご利用者様の多くの方が、思っていたよりも難しいと感じられます。弓道経験を有しても当店以外の手順でご利用することはできません。
▶私物の弓具の持込はできません。

▶︎We are not an official Kyudo competition facility.Seated shooting experience with authentic Kyudo equipment.
▶︎All the equipment used in our store is for kyudo (Japanese archery).
▶The equipment is the same for both children and adults.Originally, there is no such thing as children’s equipment in kyudo.
▶Kyudo uniforms and hakama pants are available in both children’s and adults’ sizes.
▶No children’s pricing available.
▶Procedure adherence:
The experience may be more challenging than expected.Even if you have experience in kyudo, you cannot use the equipment following procedures other than those at our store.
▶ Personal Kyudo gear is not permitted.

取材、撮影、配信、掲載等について / Photography & Media

▶店内で営利目的の取材、撮影、配信、掲載等（SNS収益目的を含む）を行う場合は、所定の手続きが必要です。予め企画等が分かる資料等のデータをメールにて提出し、また当店が必要と判断した書類等を提出してください。土日祝日を除く7日間前までに所定の手続完了が必要です。
▶店外の”三の丸施設館内”、”施設外観”、”広島城敷地内”を営利目的の取材、撮影、配信、掲載等（SNS収益目的を含む）を行う場合は、所定の手続きが必要です。予め三の丸商業施設運営管理事業者へ所定の手続完了や、必要に応じて広島市へ広島市公園条例に基づいた所定の手続完了が必要です。

For commercial media activities (including monetized social media posts):
▶︎Pre-approval and proper documentation required at least 7 days in advance.
▶︎External locations (within Hiroshima Castle grounds) may require additional permissions from Hiroshima City.

▶利用時に店舗の詳細をご理解していないと判断した場合
▶指示に従わない判断した場合
▶威圧的な態度と判断した場合
▶飲食しながらの入店
▶身体、衣服、所持品等の汚れ、濡れ、臭いなどで不潔と店側が判断した場合
▶煙草の臭いが強く感じると判断した場合
▶酒酔いで利用が不可能と判断した場合
▶体調不良と判断した場合
▶感染対策等で不衛生と判断した場合
▶ペットの入店（盲導犬等は除く）
▶店内の様子見や見学（ご利用者様の関係者を除く）
▶飛び込み営業、アポなし事業者訪問
▶上記以外の迷惑行為、危険行為、安全な利用に適していないと判断した場合

▶︎Ignoring staff instructions
▶︎Intimidating behavior
▶︎Eating or drinking inside the store
▶︎Unhygienic appearance or strong odors
▶︎Strong cigarette odor
▶︎Intoxication
▶︎Visible illness
▶︎If it is determined that hygiene standards are not met due to infection control measures
▶︎Presence of pets (excluding guide dogs)
▶︎Observing or touring the inside of the store (excluding individuals related to the users)
▶︎Unauthorized sales or solicitation
▶︎Any other disruptive or dangerous behavior, or if it is determined that the use is not suitable for safe usage

道具、弓道着/袴の破損汚損に繋がる注意点
Precautions to Prevent Damage or Contamination of Equipment & Attire

▶身体、衣服、所持品等の汚れ、濡れ、臭い
▶口紅やファンデーション等の付着
▶道具、弓道着/袴で髪、頭、目、鼻、口などに触る
▶左手手袋を不必要に握る、反らす、右手で触る
▶弓に矢を未装着で引いて放つ（空引き）
▶弓を引いている最中に矢を掴む
▶弓を横に倒して床に置く
▶弓の先端を床に叩き付ける
▶その他の破損汚損に繋がると判断した行為

Precautions to Prevent Damage or Contamination of Equipment & Attire
▶︎Dirt, moisture, and odors on the body, clothing, or belongings
▶︎Lipstick, foundation, or other cosmetic stains
▶︎Touching the hair, head, eyes, nose, or mouth with equipment or Kyudo attire
▶︎Unnecessary gripping, bending, or touching of the left-hand glove with the right hand
▶︎Drawing and releasing the bow without an arrow (empty shooting)
▶︎Grabbing the arrow while drawing the bow
▶︎Placing the bow horizontally on the floor
▶︎Striking the tip of the bow against the floor
▶︎Any other actions deemed likely to cause damage or contamination

利用制限 / Usage Restrictions

▶（現在、10才未満 利用不可）10才未満のお子様は１人で弓を取扱えません。必ず店員の介助が必要です。お連れのお客様が介助することはできません。
▶（現在、10才未満 利用不可）10才未満のお子様が２人以上でご利用される場合、お子様１人ずつ交代しながらの利用になります。
▶首、肩、背中、腰、腕、肘、手首、手、指、目の不調や怪我、身体障害や知的障害などがある方のご利用は、予めご相談ください。不調や怪我、障害の度合いによってご利用が不可能な場合があります。

Usage Restrictions
▶︎(Currently not available for children under 10 years old) Children under 10 years old cannot handle the bow alone.Staff assistance is required; accompanying guests cannot provide assistance.
▶︎(Currently not available for children under 10 years old) If more than one child under 10 is participating,they must take turns using the equipment one at a time.
▶︎For individuals with neck, shoulder, back, waist, arm, elbow, wrist, hand, finger, or eye conditions, injuries, physical or intellectual disabilities, please consult with us in advance. Depending on the severity of the condition, participation may not be possible.

ご利用時の注意点
Important Considerations During Use

▶利用時間は入店、支払い、退店時間を含みます。
▶時間毎の入替制の為、利用時間前は入店できません。
▶出入口付近のマットの上で靴を脱いで入店してください。
▶更衣室はありません。弓道着/袴を着用する場合は、服の上から着用します。
▶ご利用時の服装は、上半身は薄手で袖が膨らんでいない服を推奨しています。袖が膨らんだ服の場合、弦が接触し破損汚損、怪我の誘発に繋がる可能性があります。
▶ご利用者様の骨格、体型、服装、弓矢等の取扱によっては、腕、肘、手首、指に怪我をする場合があります。必要に応じた取扱手順のレクチャー、保護用のサポーターを着用して怪我の防止に努めます。
▶店内は禁煙、飲食禁止です。店内への飲食の持込みは可能。
▶当日、席が空いていても利用不可の場合もあります。

Important Considerations During Use
▶︎Usage time includes check-in, payment, and departure.
▶︎Due to the timed entry system, early entry before the session starts is not permitted.
▶︎Remove shoes on the mat near the entrance before entering the facility.
▶︎There is no changing room. If wearing Kyudo attire or hakama,it must be worn over regular clothing.
▶︎Recommended clothing: Lightweight, non-bulky tops with fitted sleeves.Bulky sleeves may interfere with the bowstring, causing damage or injury.
▶︎Depending on body type, clothing, and handling of the bow, there is a risk of injury to arms,elbows, wrists, and fingers. Protective gear and guidance will be provided as necessary to prevent injury.
▶︎Smoking and eating are prohibited inside the store.Bringing food and drinks into the store is allowed.
▶︎Even if seats are available on the day of your visit, participation may not be possible.

店舗設備、道具の弁償について
Compensation for Store Equipment and Tools

消耗品の通常消耗を除き、お客様が店舗設備や道具を破損汚損した場合、全額弁償していただきます。

Except for normal wear and tear of consumable items, customers will be required to fully
compensate for any damage or contamination caused to store equipment or tools.

返金について / Refund Policy

お客様都合、入店/利用のお断り、利用中断、強制退店での返金は行いません。

Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to customer reasons, denial of entry/use,
interruption of use, or forced removal from the premises.

当店の責任について / Store Liability

当店に故意または重過失ある場合を除き、持物の紛失盗難、怪我事故、お客様同時のトラブルには一切の責任を
負いません。ご予約やご来店いただいた時点で、店舗の詳細をご理解していただいていると判断いたします。

Store Liability
Unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence on our part, we are not responsible for
the loss or theft of personal belongings, injuries or accidents, or disputes between customers.
By making a reservation or visiting our store, we assume that you have understood the store’s
policies in detail.
